NSW: Having just started out as an allocator, with limited experience, this course gave me a realistic look at what was expected from our drivers and from me. The course material was really easy to understand, and the trainers answered the phone every time I had a question. That part is definitely a necessity when these courses are done externally. I highly recommend KRTS and their trainers
